  1. Marc Stickdorn’s principles I believe ? I read recently (Andy Polaine et al’s book) that not only should service design be user centered but the service should use the potential of the their users to make the service more effective. Examples given included an online banking customers conducting their own transactions, passengers using a bus service knowing when to get on and off.
