Next week there are 2 sets of workshops running that I’m attending – both opportunities to learn & share but with a very different audience and approach – both of which we should be comfortable with when working on projects – the picture above seems apt to describe the difference…
1. A day of Service Design experience, no doubt set against an exposed brick wall with facilitators who may just have come from a club I don’t know. Drawings, co-creation, sharpies, what-ifs , brand challenges, free form ideas, moments of truth and personas
2. Global finance and procurement processes review : Techies, ‘subject matter experts’, ERP architects, functional decompositions, word docs , tax legal and statutory deviations from the global process design …..
